  We've found that Daghigh's practice is very poorly run with cold and ill-trained staff. My son came home many times with bruises on his arms from allergy shot injections. The staff is incredibly rude and constantly give patients the run-around. There is little consistency in terms of standards of care or operations between offices and a practice manager does not exist to coordinate and ensure quality care across all locations. Most recently, my son was sent home with the wrong diagnosis on a school form and marked for severe allergy to tree nuts instead of to shellfish. The mistake was caught and the staff belittled the issue by stating that it was "just a wrong form". The staff nor physician see any issue in having forms that are blank, but pre-signed by the physician that are then filled out by low-level office staff without any cross-check by the physician or oversight by a senior health practitioner to ensure the accuracy and validity of health forms. Due to this error, I complained to the practice. I spoke with Dr Daghigh directly who admitted that better procedures need to be in place to catch mistakes and that my son's form was not the only mistake. Following this, my son was released from care and informed by a low-level office staff with no written letter from the physician. I was handed my serum, with no instructions on how to store it, and some of my son's medical records. I have reported Daghigh to the board, the school system and to my son's pediatrician as a place that I would not recommend sending your child.
