  Years ago this doctor was my primary care physician then stopped due to different insurance company. When I switched insurance company in 2014 I was again able to use this doctor. At first I was very happy the doctors were same and they were as good as I remembered. The staff on the other hand has change. They were very arrogant, no sympathy or understanding of the patient needs they seem to not care and that I should be grateful. My 1st appointment had to call 4 time and wait 2 months to get appoint (was told this was only due to 1st visit). For the 2nd visit had to call 6 time before being able to talk to someone to schedule a follow up visit. The first 5 calls went to a recording that said the office was closed during their office hours!! After all this the earliest appointment available was 6 weeks out no explanation it was take it or leave it. When I suggest this was unreasonable and that perhaps I should look for a different doctor I was told to go ahead and then got a dial tone. While these doctors may be good doctors there are many more good doctors who do not have these staffers. Sorry to say but I dropped this doctor as my primary care physician and my family followed suit.
