- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If your pet ends up being referred here, your pet will be in good hands. They are the best. They are a very caring, knowledgeable staff. Every single person who comes in contact with your pet, from the assistants to the doctors themselves, are compassionate and very understanding as to how traumatic and scary this can be for both your pet, and the pet owners. Phone calls and emails are also returned quickly. It was a financial hit to us as our Bella needed an MRI and a spinal tap on an emergency basis, plus 48 hours of continuous chemotherapy before we could take her home, but they explain everything every step of the way and being that Bella was so young, we wanted her to have the best chances. There is Care Credit as well. Even the waiting area is comfortable with snacks, hot drinks, water, big pillows on the floor for larger pets, etc. They definitely know how to cater to our four-legged babies!April 07, 2017by Melinda Herndon
